Cancellation Policy

Where you cancel your camp booking more than 2 weeks prior to your arrival date, you will be refunded the booking deposit, where paid. Cancellation within 2 weeks prior to arrival date, the booking deposit will not be refunded.

No Refund or reduction of camping fees or refund of the booking deposit will be made due to early departure, no show, change of mind, inclement weather, or where you are asked to leave Pax Hill Scout Hill Camp for breaches of Camp Rules.
